20 små brød i langpanne

5 dl vann
2 dlmelk
50 g smør

Varmes til 40 grader

600 g hvetemel
175 g sammalt rug, grov
120 g havregryn + litt til pynt
2 ts salt
50 g tørrgjær

Bland sammen ingrediensene til en løs deig.
Hev i 40 minutter.
Slå deigen over i kledd liten langpanne,
og klapp den utover.
Del opp i ruter 4x5.
Strø litt havregryn over.
Hev i 20 minutter.
Stek på nederste rille v/200 grader i 35 minutter.
