Ingredienser:

4 kryddersildfiléter
1 rødløk i tynne ringer
1 rød chili i tynne skiver
1 dl klar eddik
1/2 dl chiliolje
1 ss tomatpuré
1 dl chilisaus
2 ss vann
1 ts grovmalt pepper

Fremgangsmåte:

Alt til sausen blandes godt, sildefilétene skjæres i biter og legges opp i sausen.
